Group Half Day Essentials plus Sound Bath (in Person)

Sound & Vision

As part of a group of 11 people, experience a shift in perspective on how we see ourselves, the world and our place within it.

The workshop is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Another Way of Seeing Essentials (3hrs)

Explore the wisdom of Zen Buddhism through images, guided meditations and thought experiments.

Part 2: Beat Bath (1 hr)

Beat Bath is a brand-new participatory sound bath, rooted in the ancient drum-circle tradition and reimagined for the modern age. Created by professional percussionists Louise Anna Duggan and Joley Cragg, whose credits include the London Symphony Orchestra and Royal National Theatre, Beat Bath combines rhythm, sound and mindful listening to create an immersive pathway into flow.

Participants are guided to play carefully curated percussion instruments alongside an original composition, gradually building dynamic soundscapes together. Through rhythm and repetition, Beat Bath encourages a state of deep focus and presence, allowing participants to experience the flow state and become fully immersed in the moment.

No musical experience is needed, simply join in, find your flow and enjoy a powerful collective experience that leaves you relaxed, connected and energised. Find out more here.
