Half Day Immersive

In  just  half  a  day,  work  with  me  in  an immersive session (either solo or as a small group, up to 4 people max)  and  experience  a  shift  in  perspective  of  how  we  see  everything,  using  a  combination  of  thought  experiments  and  visual  guides  inspired  by  Zen  Buddhism.

The advantage of a half-day intensive is that it only takes up one afternoon, is available seven days a week, at short notice, offers more direct time with me, and provides greater opportunity for personalisation.

What you need to bring:

Just an open mind. I’ll provide everything else. The workshop is desk and chair based so theres no need for yoga or meditation clothing or equipment.
